It is extremely important to keep absolute confidentiality
Although a prayer chain is not necessarily a private way of communicating, the information passed within our chain must remain private and not be shared with anyone outside of members.
Names of people requesting prayers and personal situations are not to be open to discussion or to be questioned.
If someone has a concern regarding a request, contact the Ministry Coordinator, or Church Leadership
Remember HIPPA regulations cannot be breached, so requests will be edited, if necessary, prior to distribution.
A notice will be added to each email, listing, or phone call to remind members of confidentiality like business notices on internal emails.
